We started Sunday morning with breakfast and a devotional at the house and then went to worship service at a ranch and in a shop building. While the new church is being built the congregation meets at a different member's home each week.
Our friend Tim Ethridge was the speaker.
Our friends Ed & Jean from AZ & Joanne & Lewis from Wake Forest were leaving today.
The church provided a covered dish lunch which was fantastic.
After we had our Sunday afternoon nap Rex asked us if we would like to ride up in the hills to the old gold mine. If you have ever been on a winding mountain road imagine that road being just a path. It was a bit scary at times.
But we did see some beautiful sights.
